hitched and then some...

haaaay! i never thought i could accomplish all my tasks during this long break.
i already wrote about the saturday and sunday activities (see previous posts).. so here's the hot update for today..

without my dad knowing (sorry dad! *kiss*), we went ahead and had a "working" breakfast with our officiating priest, lolo bobby. we arrived late at his home and we were already kind of worried that he may have gone off elsewhere :( all the activity over the weekend was really tiring. good thing was, he also had the same kind of weekend. so when we arrived, he was still fast asleep.

zayd and i went out again for some jollibee breakfast, took 'em out and shared with the rest of the guys in lolo's house. by the time we got back, lolo was awake and happily ate the breakfast we brought. :)

so there, while we were having breakfast, i went ahead and asked for his advice on how the ceremony should go. if i haven't mentioned it already, this is going to be a mixed marriage, so it requires a different format. we went through a couple of sample missalletes and a really old book -- a 1982 edition -- discussing and describing how mixed marriages should go (including muslims!). he was about to lend it to us but since it was really old, he decided to make copies of pages of the ones that applied to us :)
we even had the readings nailed down! :) *YEY!*

so now i have to start typing and looking for a printer hehe :) wish me luck guys!
