hitched and then some...

my story:

i met zayd through Auto Europa (www.autoeuropaph.com) in June 2006. i was a newbie at car clubs since I acquired my baby Vio just a few months before. i did not meet him then but we were already chatting over YM and i was constantly BRB'ing him then because he was so makulit. we planned to meet up for a beer or coffee. at one point he did ask me to meet up at Starbucks but i made up a last minute excuse to cancel :) *yes, and i really regret it now when i think about it*

unfortunately, this did not materialize since i was sent off to Italy for a project.

we'd talk everyday over IM and became fast friends.

i ran up a bill with Globe for text messaging. hehe.

when i got back in Manila, i met up with him immediately. there was something undeniable between us, the afternoon was bitin and i know we still had a lot to talk about.

the rest is history.

his story:

i saw her avatar at AEP and was interested. i notice it because her forehead was oily. i added her up at YM and started talking to her. i found out we had common friends. we were both in IT and my previous team lead was her seatmate during their graduation.

i asked her to meet up at Starbucks RCBC before she leaves work (she was on midshift then) but at the last minute she cancelled on me.

a few days later, she told me she was going away for three months for a project in Italy. i was sad and disappointed. to compensate, we'd IM and text each other. she was a delight to talk to.

when she got back, i made sure i'd take her out on a date. we clicked and we couldn't get enough talking about anything and everything. we had a lot in common and though i was younger than her, we complemented each other.

i knew i'd found the one i wanted to be with...
